Can I use the Export Service as an individual?
Learn more about using the Export Service to export if you don’t have a business.
Anyone can Create an account to use the Export Service. But you can only use it to transact with us on behalf of a business to get prescribed goods to export markets.
In the future, you will be able to use the service to export goods for other reasons. For example, you may want to use it to:
- export companion animals and other live animals, opens in a new tab
- send agricultural goods to family or friends overseas
- export non-prescribed goods, opens in a new tab.
For now, the Export Service has 4 roles with varying permission and access levels for a business. You will be able to select the role of ‘Individual’ in the future.
An Export Service account will save you time. You can use it to submit applications securely online.
