Roles and access levels in the Export Service
Each role has varying access levels to ensure the right people can act for a business.
When a principal authority or authorisation administrator sets up an Export Service account and links it to a business, they can invite employees and third parties to use the service. To link a business, you must be listed in Relationship Authorisation Manager, opens in a new tab (RAM).
Each invited person is assigned a role that determines the tasks and information they can access on behalf of a business. Only someone assigned as a ‘Principal authority (Owner)' or a ‘Manager’ in your business can assign roles.
