Why can’t I access my establishment?
Find out why you can’t see a registered establishment in the Export Service.
To access a registered establishment in the Export Service:
- you must be on the establishment's management or control list, and
- your name in management or control must match your myID.
To access an establishment:
- Sign in to your Export Service account.
- Go to 'Businesses' and select the business the establishment is part of.
- Select 'Establishments' or 'Manage establishments'.
- Go to 'Your establishments' and select the establishment.
If you are not on an establishment's management or control list, you will need to ask someone who is to add you. For more information, go to Change people or details in management or control.
If you are in management or control but still can't see your establishment, your name in management or control may not match your myID. For more information, go to Names in management or control don't match.
Export Service account and management or control
Accessing a business in your Export Service account does not give you automatic access to the business’s registered establishments. You also need to be in an establishment's management or control to access the establishment in your account.
