Names in management or control don’t match
What to do if names in management or control and myID don’t match.
To access a registered establishment in the Export Service:
- you must be on the establishment's management or control list, and
- your name in management or control must match your myID.

If you are in management or control but can't see your establishment, your name in management or control may not match your myID. For example, your myID has your middle name but management or control does not.
Contact us to have your details updated in our system.
Your name has changed
Your name may have changed since you were added to management or control. For example, you now use your married name.
Someone else in management or control will need to apply to change your details. For more information, go to Change people or details in management or control.
