Names in management or control don’t match
What to do if names in management or control and myID don’t match.
To access a registered establishment in the Export Service, a person’s name(s) in management or control must match their myID details.
For example, if you have a first, middle and surname, such as John Edward Smith, all names must be the same in myID and management or control.
To access an establishment:
- Sign in to your Export Service account.
- On your My account page and under 'Your linked businesses', select the business the establishment is part of.
- In the side menu, select 'Establishments'.
- Under ‘Your establishments’, select the establishment name.
Can't access an establishment
Here’s what to do if you can't see an establishment:
- If you are not listed in a registered establishment's management or control, you will need to contact someone already listed to add you via Change people or details in management or control.
- For more information if your name has changed, go to Change people or details in management or control.
- If you believe you are listed, there may be a mismatch between your names. The certificate of registration displays the names of people listed in management or control if you want to check. Contact us to have your details updated in our system.
