Tasks you can complete in NEXDOC

Find out what you can do when you use NEXDOC in the Export Service. 

Once you’re set up in the Export Service and have connected to NEXDOC, you can carry out the following tasks.

Register as an exporter

Register as an exporter in NEXDOC so you can submit Requests for Export (REXs), track their progress and carry out other tasks.

Add or remove someone in NEXDOC

You can manage access to NEXDOC for people in your business, adding or removing them as needed.

Become an Automated Export Permit Issuer

An Automated Export Permit Issuer (AEPI) is someone authorised to approve Requests for Export (REXs) for an export business. You can apply to become an AEPI in NEXDOC.

Register as a client group administrator

Teams that use third party software to access NEXDOC are called ‘client groups’. You can register in NEXDOC to manage a client group for your business.

Add or remove a third party software user

Once you’ve registered as a client group administrator, you can add people to the group or remove their access.

If you produce software that integrates with NEXDOC, you need to register your business with us.
