Connect NEXDOC to the Export Service
Find out how to connect to NEXDOC so you can use it in the Export Service.
Why do I need to do this?
Access to NEXDOC is through the Export Service, opens in a new tab. You need to connect NEXDOC to your Export Service account so you can submit and manage Requests for Export (REXs) for consignments.
You must get set up in the Export Service if you haven’t already.

When you’re set up, how you connect NEXDOC to the Export Service depends on whether you already use NEXDOC.
New NEXDOC user
Follow the steps if you're a new NEXDOC user:
- Sign in, opens in a new tab to your Export Service account.
- Select ‘Export systems’.
- Select ‘Access NEXDOC’.
- Select ‘Add a NEXDOC service’.
- Answer ‘No’ to ‘Do you already use NEXDOC?’.
- Enter your preferred email address.
- Enter the verification code from the email we send you.
You now have access to add other NEXDOC services.
Existing NEXDOC user
Follow the steps if you already use NEXDOC:
- Sign in, opens in a new tab to your Export Service account.
- Select ‘Export systems’.
- Select ‘Access NEXDOC’.
- Select ‘Add a NEXDOC Service’.
- Answer ‘Yes’ to ‘Do you already use NEXDOC?’.
Choose one of the following options:
a. If you previously used an email address to access NEXDOC, enter that email address, then enter the code we send you.
b. If you previously used Digital ID to access NEXDOC, select ‘Continue with Digital ID’.
NEXDOC services you’ve previously been authorised for will appear in ‘My services’.
You must have your own NEXDOC login
Under NEXDOC’s terms and conditions, you must have your own Online Services account. If you currently use someone else’s email address to sign in, you’ll need to create your own account.
Also, if you have more than one Online Services account for a business, you’ll need to contact us so we can merge them. Email the NEXDOC help desk at NEXDOC@aff.gov.au.
What happens next?
If you’ve accepted an invited to the Export Service, you’ll need to wait for someone in your business or a client group administrator to:
