Register as an exporter in NEXDOC
Register your business so you can submit Requests for Export (REXs) and carry out other tasks.
What you’ll need
When you register a business as an exporter, you’ll need to provide details such as:
- the commodities you’ll export
- the business address
- your TRACES ID, opens in a new tab if you’ll export to the European Union
- a contact person’s details.
You can also apply to:
- register for My Printer to print in your own office
- integrate with the Single Electronic Window for customs clearance.
You can apply for these later if you prefer.
You must have an Export Service account linked to NEXDOC. For more information, go to Connect NEXDOC to the Export Service.
Note: Only one person can register the business as an exporter. This should be the person who manages access to NEXDOC for other staff.
You only need to register if your business legally owns the goods being exported. For example, you do not need to do this if you’re an export agent or freight forwarder.
