How do I sign in if myID isn't working?

Learn how to set up email sign-in to access your Export Service account without myID.

You can add email sign-in to your Export Service account. This gives you a back-up option so you can still sign in to the Export Service if myID isn’t working or you don’t have access to your mobile phone.

You need to add email sign-in before you can use it without your myID.

We recommend adding myID or email sign-in to your account.

Email sign-in will let you access TRACE but may limit your access to other tasks and services in the Export Service.
