What options do I have to create my account?

How you access the Export Service depends on your role in the business you work for.

Use TRACE in the Export Service as an employee

If you are an employee, the business needs to invite you to their Export Service account. You then need to Accept an invite to act for a business.

To access the Export Service, you'll need a myID with ‘Basic’, ‘Standard’ or ‘Strong’ identity strength. You can also use email sign-in.

We recommend using myID and adding email sign-in as a backup. This will let you sign in if myID isn't working or you don't have your mobile phone with you.

A ‘Basic’ myID strength or email sign-in will let you access TRACE but may limit your access to other services in the Export Service.

Create an Export Service account for a business

To create an Export Service account for a business, you must:

  • be listed in RAM as a principal authority or authorisation administrator for the business
  • have a ‘Standard’ or ‘Strong’ myID.
