I didn’t receive a verification email or my link has expired

If you work for an export business, the business needs to invite you to their Export Service account.

You have 7 days to accept the invitation. If it expires, ask the sender to resend it.

If you don’t receive the email invitation:

  • check your spam or junk folder
  • make sure your company’s firewall hasn’t blocked it
  • ask the sender to resend it.

If you still don’t receive it, ask them to send it to a different email address. This can be a personal or work address but should not be a shared address.
