Why do I see the wrong business?
How to fix this depends on your Export Service role in the business.
The information you can see depends on your assigned role in the Export Service. If you are a ‘User’ or ‘Agent’ make sure you have been invited to the business by a ‘Principal authority (Owner)’ or ‘Manager’.
Here are the reasons you don’t see the right business in your account and what to do about it.
You have selected the wrong business
If you are a principal authority or authorisation administrator in Relationship Authorisation Manager, opens in a new tab (RAM) you can link a business in your Export Service account. If you can't see the right business, you may have selected the wrong one in RAM.
Follow these steps to link a business:
- Sign in, opens in a new tab to the Export Service.
- From the ‘My account’ page, select 'Link another business'.
- Select 'Continue with Digital ID'.
- Follow the prompts.
- Under 'Entity name' on the RAM page, find the new business and select ‘Continue’.
- Follow the prompts and select 'Confirm' to link the business.

Job titles and Export Service roles
Your assigned role in the Export Service may differ from your job title in the business.
You were invited to act on behalf of the wrong business
You may have been invited to and accepted an invite to the wrong business by someone assigned a role of:
- 'Principal authority (Owner)', or a
- 'Manager'.
