Why can’t I see a business?

Get help to display and access a business in your Export Service account.

To act on behalf of a business, you need to be able to access it in your account. If you have created an account but can’t see the business, you need to link it to your account.

How you link a business and use the Export Service depends on your role in the business.

Principal authorities or authorisation administrators

You can link the business yourself if you are listed in Relationship Authorisation Manager, opens in a new tab (RAM) as a:

Anyone else

If you are anyone else in the business, you must be invited. Someone assigned the role of ‘Principal authority (Owner)’ or 'Manager’ needs to Invite you to act on behalf of a business.

Can’t access a registered establishment

If you can see the business but not your establishment, check if someone needs to add you to its management or control.
