Why can’t I see a business?
Find out why you can't access a business in your Export Service account.
To act for a business, you must be able to access it in your account. If you can’t see a business it may be because:
- You haven't been invited to the business by a Principal authority (Owner) or Manager.
- You haven't added the business to the Export Service as a Relationship Authorisation Manager, opens in a new tab (RAM) principal authority or authorisation administrator.

Can’t access a registered establishment
If you can see the business but not your establishment, check if someone needs to add you to management or control.
