Why can’t I see a business?

Find out why you can't access a business in your Export Service account.

To act for a business, you must be able to access it in your account. If you can’t see a business it may be because:

Can’t access a registered establishment

If you can see the business but not your establishment, check if someone needs to add you to management or control.
