Missing or expired invites
Find out why an invite to act on behalf of a business may be missing or expired.
Only someone assigned a 'Principal authority (Owner)' or 'Manager' role in the Export Service can invite others. When someone accepts an invite, they can act on behalf of the business, depending on their assigned role.

Missing invites
If you are sending or expecting an email invite, it may not arrive for several reasons. These include:
- it was sent to the wrong person
- it was blocked by a network or firewall
- it arrived, but it went to your spam or junk folder in your email inbox. You can check if it’s there.
Expired invites
Invites are valid for 7 days. If you need a new invite, ask a 'Principal authority (Owner)’ or ‘Manager’ to resend it. For more information, go to Accept an invite to act on behalf of a business.
