You won't be able to use RAM during this time. You can use email sign-in, but you may not be able to carry out some tasks.
If possible, wait until after the maintenance period to use the Export Service.
People with a 'Principal Authority (Owner)' or 'Manager' role in the Export Service can invite others. When someone accepts an invite, they can act for the business. For more information, go to Invite someone to act for a business.
Missing invites
If you are sending or expecting an email invite, it may not arrive for several reasons.
These include:
it was sent to the wrong person
it was blocked by a network or firewall
it arrived, but it went to your spam or junk folder in your email inbox.
Expired invites
Invites are valid for 7 days. If you need a new invite, ask a 'Principal Authority (Owner)’ or ‘Manager’ to resend it. For more information, go to Accept an invite to act for a business.
