Manage your personal details

Find out how to update your personal details in your Export Service account.

Your personal details include your name and date of birth.

If you only use email sign-in to access the Export Service, you can change these details in your account. For more information, go to Change your email sign-in name or date of birth.

If you signed up with myID or have added it as a sign-in option, your account will use your myID details. You can only change these details in the myID app.

Change your myID name

You can change the name listed in your myID by using a different identity document. For more information, go to Choosing a different name, opens in a new tab.

Change your myID date of birth

If the date of birth listed in your myID is incorrect you can update it. For more information, go to How to update your details in the myID app, opens in a new tab.
