Follow the steps to change your email sign-in name or date of birth

If you only use email sign-in to access the Export Service, you can change your name and date of birth in your account.

If you have myID as a sign-in option, your account will use your myID details. For more information, go to Manage your personal details.

Change your email sign-in name

Change a given or family name

Follow the steps to change your given or family name:

  1. Sign in to your Export Service account using email sign-in.
  2. Go to 'Profile and settings'.
  3. Go to 'Personal details'.
  4. Select 'Change' next to your name.
  5. Enter your new details in the given and/or family name fields.
  6. Select 'Update' to save the change.

Change a single name

Follow the steps to change to a single name if you only have one legal name:

  1. Go to the 'Legal name' field and enter your name.
  2. Select 'I only have one legal name'.
  3. Select 'Change name' to save the change.

Change your email sign-in date of birth

Follow the steps to change your date of birth:

  1. Sign in to your Export Service account using email sign-in.
  2. Go to 'Profile and settings'.
  3. Go to 'Personal details'.
  4. Select 'Change' next to your date of birth.
  5. Use the date picker to select a date or enter it using the format dd/mm/yyyy.
  6. Select 'Change' to save your new date of birth.
