Manage details in TRACE and the Export Service

How to update personal details such as address, email address or phone number.

Your Export Service account and your TRACE account hold different personal details. If you need to update your details, some are managed in the Export Service and others in TRACE.

Export Service

Your Export Service account has your:

  • name
  • date of birth
  • myID email address
  • Export Service preferred contact email address.

You can update these details in your Export Service account. For more information, go to Manage your personal details and Manage contact preferences.

TRACE

Your TRACE account includes your:

  • name
  • personal title
  • company position
  • street address
  • phone number
  • mobile number
  • fax number (if applicable)
  • TRACE contact email address.

Name

TRACE will use your name from the Export Service unless:

  • you are in management or control on a livestock export licence
  • you use a 'Basic' strength myID or email sign-in to access the Export Service.

In this case, you can change your name by applying to vary a licence. For more information, go to Add, edit or remove a person on a livestock export licence.

Title, phone number, mobile or fax

If you are a person in management or control, you can request a change by emailing livestockexp@aff.gov.au.

Address and company position

If you are in management or control, you need to apply to vary a licence to update your address or company position. For more information, go to Add, edit or remove a person on a livestock export licence.

If you are not in management or control, these details don't apply to you.

TRACE contact email address

We'll use your TRACE email address to contact you about your TRACE activities. You can update it in TRACE if you are a 'Standard' user.

If you are in management or control, you can request an update by emailing livestockexp@aff.gov.au.
