Manage contact preferences
Update an email address for notifications or your notification preference in your account.
When you first Create an account to use the Export Service, we’ll ask how you want us to contact you. We’ll use your preferred email address to send you Export Service notifications.
It’s automatically set to the same email you sign in with for your myID. It may be a personal email. However, you can change it to an email related to your business.
We'll email you notifications from the Export Service. We’ll let you know when there are messages in your account. We recommend that you don’t use a shared email address as your preferred email address.
Your preference is automatically set to receive notifications when you sign up. You can change your preferred email address or choose not to receive notifications at any time.
To change your preferred email address or notification preference:
- Sign in to your Export Service account.
- On the ‘My account’ page, select ‘Profile’.
- Under ‘Contact preferences’, select ‘Change contact preference’.
- Select ‘Change email’ or ‘I don’t want to receive notifications.’
- Select ‘Continue’.
