Become a client group member

If you use third party software to access NEXDOC, you must be a member of a client group within your business.  

A client group is a business team that’s set up to use the third party software. 

Who needs to do this 

You need to become a client group member if you work in an: 

• export business team that uses the third party software
• export agent or freight forwarder team that uses the third party software. 

How to become a client group member 

You must have an Export Service account linked to your NEXDOC account. For more information, go to Connect NEXDOC to the Export Service.  

Then ask the client group administrator in your business to add you to the client group in NEXDOC. 

Once you’ve been added to the client group, you can use the third party software to submit and manage export requests for the business.
