How to register in NEXDOC if you use third party software.
For some commodities, you can submit export documentation through NEXDOC using external software supplied by third party providers.
You may need to register in NEXDOC before you use this software. This depends on your role in your team.
If you manage a business team
A client group is a business team that uses third party software to access NEXDOC. If you manage the team, you need to register as a client group administrator in NEXDOC.
You can then add people who need to use the software and remove people who leave the team. You can also manage other functions.
If you’re a team member
If you’re a team member and use third party software to access NEXDOC, a client group administrator can add you to the client group.
You must register in NEXDOC first so the administrator can add you. For more information, go to Become a client group member.
