When we complete an audit on your registered establishment, we will email you an audit report. An audit report may include non-compliance notices issued as part of your registered establishment’s audit outcomes.

We’ll also email you each non-compliance notice. The non-compliance notice will invite you to provide evidence of compliance by the review date. You can do this by emailing the auditor evidence of your actions taken.

You can view non-compliance notices at any time in an Export Service account. You can do this if you:

  • can access your registered establishment in your Export Service account, and
  • are authorised to manage compliance for your registered establishment.

Non-compliance notices

Your non-compliance notice includes the:

  • notice details. For example, relevant dates and the auditor involved
  • non-compliance information. For example, elements or sub-elements the non-compliance relates to. Also, its rating, legislative reference and the auditor’s remarks
  • date(s) we'll review any actions you have taken to meet compliance.

To download and view a non-compliance notice:

  1. Sign in to your Export Service account.
  2. On your My account page go to 'Your linked businesses' and select the business the establishment is part of.
  3. In the side menu, select ‘Compliance’.
  4. If you have more than one establishment, select the establishment name in ‘Registered establishments'.
  5. In the Audit summary, find the relevant audit and select ‘View’ to open the report.
  6. Go to the ‘Non-compliance notices’ section and select ‘Download non-compliance report’ for the notice you want to download.

If the report you are looking for isn’t listed, it may be from an earlier time. For more information, go to Why can't I view older audit reports?
