Change a commodity, product, operation or function
Add or remove a commodity or product to a registered establishment.
You may need to change your registered establishment’s export operations at some time. You need to apply to us if you want to:
- add or remove a different commodity to your establishment’s registration
- add or remove a product within a commodity you already deal with
- change the details of your overseas listings. Such as adding or removing an overseas export market.
If your registered establishment deals with plant and/or plant products, you can also propose changes in operations or functions.
You can apply with us to make the proposed changes in your Export Service account. You will need to provide details about your commodities, products and changes you want to make. To add or remove a commodity, product, operation or function:
- Sign in to your Export Service account.
- Under 'Your linked businesses', select the business name.
- In the side menu, select ‘Establishments’.
- Under ‘Your establishments’, select the establishment name.
- Select the ‘Export operations’ tab.
- Under ‘Update your registration’, select ‘Add’ or ‘Remove’ a commodity, product, operation or function.
- Follow the prompts to complete and submit your application.
After you submit your application, we’ll contact you for more information if we need to. For example, we may need you to send us any supporting documents.
We’ll review your application as soon as possible. We’ll let you know if we can approve it in email.
