Manage who can act on behalf of a business

How to add or remove someone’s access to the Export Service.

  • Business
  • Principal authority
  • Roles
  • Invite

A 'Principal authority (Owner)' or ‘Manager’ can add a person to act for your business in the Export Service. They can invite others to a business’ Export Service account.

For more information, go to Invite someone to act on behalf of the business.

To manage who can act for your business, you can:

  • resend or cancel someone’s invite before they access it, or
  • remove someone’s existing access.

You can’t restore someone’s access if they were removed permanently at an earlier time. For example, if the person no longer works for your business. You can only restore their access if you invite them again.
