Unlink a business in the Export Service

Unlink a business in your Export Service account if you no longer need to act on its behalf.

  • Business
  • Principal authority
  • Account

You need to unlink a business from your Export Service account to no longer act on its behalf. What you need to do depends on your assigned role in the Export Service.

Principal Authority (Owner) and Managers

If you are assigned the role of 'Principal Authority (Owner)' or 'Manager' in the Export Service, you may be able to unlink a business. You will need to contact us for more information.

Anyone else

Ask someone assigned the role of 'Principal Authority (Owner)' or 'Manager' in the Export Service to remove you from a business. They can do this in their Export Service account.

Relink a business

You can’t restore someone’s access to a business in the Export Service. That’s if they were removed permanently at an earlier time. For example, if the person no longer works for a business.

You can only restore their access if you invite them again. For more information on how to resend someone’s invite, go to Manage who can act on behalf of a business.
